SSRP Custom Emblem Editor Suggestion

Suggestion Title:
Custom Emblem Editor for Gang icons and Sprays which work and can be seen by everyone.

How would it benefit the server:
It ads a new fun way to decorate your gang and make it look unique. You can also use these emblems to spray on walls for some fun memeing or to declare it's your gang's territory. There would be a menu that comes up where you can select an emblem to use for your gang or you can select an emblem to spray on the wall when you hit a certain key.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
It would open a new way for rulebreakers to provoke prejudice remarks and be discriminative but it can be moderated by our staff team
