Server Name: Add new server for TTT

Suggestion Title: TTT Server 2 with map pool

How would it benefit the server: Improve experience for both long term and short term players by adding a bit more variety

Potential Issues/Exploits: Might reduce the player count on server 1.

Additional notes:TTT has become one of the most popular servers within zarp, Adding another server would allow old players to start enjoying the game again with the zarp experience. I dont expect this to happen over night but it would be fun to see another TTT server that has a map pool.

As Deadmonstor stated, Server 2 will be using an NA host and until we get that update it will be put on hold, however it will be added. I'm aware of the last attempt we had with a second server and I plan on making sure that we use the right set of maps to prevent the server from dropping as it did before. The option for a second TTT server is currently actively being discussed with the server owners. As there are currently no server slots available the American host will have to be upgraded first, which might take some time. that's great however the maps seemed fine last time the server was online.

IMO the most of the maps, except a few, were the reasons the server would hit a max of like 10. Don't get me wrong I liked most of them, but that was definitely a factor for it being unpopulated.
