Suggestion Title: Golden Blueprint Case

How would it benefit the server: It will add another reason for players to raid the bank vault as right now its not really that worth it for some players, there would be like a 5% chance to get a golden blueprint case which will only consist of the golden blueprints.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Percentage chance of certain blueprints may be a bit broken
