Suggestion Title: Limit how many C4s a t can buy

How would it benefit the server: Make the game more enjoyable for the innocents

Potential Issues/Exploits: Nope

Additional notes:
Being an innocent is already really boring because you are just waiting to be killed by the traitors, its even more annoying when you have no way to defend yourself. Currently there are a lot of players that when they are a traitor plant multiple C4s around the map which can be extremely annoying. As the map is already pretty small for 47 players to be on at the same time, C4 is already a very powerful weapon and traitors should not be allowed to buy multiple of them. Like i'm not allowed to buy a second knife, a 2 hit close range weapon that puts me at significant risk of dying but i'm allowed to buy multiple explosives that can kill upwards of 10 players with no risk to myself? The only downside is this would remove the meme of multiple C4s going off and killing averyone.

Pretty sure brenzor or someone had planted a lot of c4s in T room and when they all exploded it crashed the server lmao

The C4’s are pretty annoying when people just spam them yes. But it is sometimes easy to spot or hear them, and they are too easy to defuse. I think the limit should be like 2 and the defuse difficulty turned up. Would be better for innos and T’s.
