It's more fun that other people can be The Guard When There playing Jailbreak.
Just Like TTT You can get a chance being A Guard Or A Prisoner.
And That would be fun for other people

I think he means instead of being able to change teams make it so it's random like TTT

The difference with TTT is that in order to be a guard you need to be somewhat competent and understand how to play it. And having a warden that has a mic and knows how to play is mandatory.
With random guards you'd run the risk of having people that don't know the rules and no warden or a warden that can't use his mic.

This simply is not a good idea, we're already adding thisto allow others to become a guard.
