Suggestion Title:

Add Surrender Animation

How would it benefit the server:

Instead of forcing players to crouch walk everywhere they could hold their hands up.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

It not working as intended.
Having an extra thing to develop and implement.

Additional notes:

I can think of many uses for this, rather than slowly crouch walking everywhere, prisoners can be locked in a surrender animation which would force them to have to be a bit more discreet when they're about to pull a gun and kill a guard.
