Server Name: Pointshop Servers

Suggestion Title: add the /name command or a ULX !name command so we can change their name to remove the advertisement

How would it benefit the server: Well, You've seen some people with names advertising other communities, They sometimes don't want to change the name due to the fact well, the server might have a daily reward system?, Anyhow sometimes they don't want to change and this could be helpful

You can't forcefully change someone's steam name

This is for role play and not for just random playing, they can change their steam name if they want to

You wouldn’t be able to change their steam name, but it would be helpful to change their in game name, which will probably only work on SSRP which isn’t a pointshop server and is pretty much useless on SSRP.
