TOPIC: Crouching Problem Fix

Suggestion Title: Crouch Jumping


How would it benefit the server: people are abusing this feature since it made to jump over higher props or chairs or even for bhop but some players are binding it and abusing it in fights basically when you jump crouch the hitboxes just stops working or something a headshot doesn't register at all and the jump is very high i just feel like it not fair since csgo fixed it there is a reason behind it even fortnite fixed it they added a delay when you crouch like twice in a row you can crouch anymore for the next 3 - 4 sec


Potential Issues/Exploits: None


Additional notes: most of the games nowadays have this feature with a delay for a reason and i have seen this added on other servers, not something hard to do so don't be that guy saying gmod is old because yes it is but there are developers woking to improve so there is hope to keep a server running without these problems.
