Taking screenshots of the chat should not be counted as evidence, as it's 99% of the time not taken in the situation it happened, therefore you can not take it as evidence as you can not be sure whether it was a /me from that situation, or another.

There will be alot of spam on purpose and its just easy to see in a screenshot to see when they did /me and what they did after in console
