27th of May and it happened anywhere around 2AM - 1PM (UTC+1)

Item/s lost: 15 Boost cases

Server Name: Prop Hunt

Proof Poof that I had them and now I only have one

Story:
So couple days ago I got 2 boost cases that I was saving until my later levels because they may give me EXP that is tied to my current level. Later I joined up and saw I had just 1. I got suspicious but figured that maybe I accidentally opened one. Then yesterday I grinded 16 boost cases with Elmer and went to sleep. I just joined the server and saw that I only have one boost case remaining. I know I don't have much proof but I hope you have logs that show that I indeed did not open 15 boost cases just now. This is an issue that should be fixed as well. I feel ripped off by the server

Also thanks Daddy for moving this to right section I can barely do that myself anymore

I mean it shouldn't happen, is it just the boost cases that got set to 1 or all your skins?

That is incredibly odd. It logs when you use them though, so I'll just look through the logs, make sure you didn't use them and I can reset your value back if you did in fact lose them for no reason.
That should not happen though, I'll look into anything that may cause it.

Happened to me too when joined bhop with my 30 boost cases, sadly hadn't any proof so can't do anything. Good luck on getting them back.

My bet is that it's some issue with the pointshop as a whole as I have lost well over 15 shark skins and 12 santa hats

Pretty sure this is clientside.

If you try and use them they will restore to their original number. I am currently trying to fix this issue myself

This is a special case and practically entirely in the hands of Xnator. To some extent I'd argue this to be DEAD's responsibility as well, but he has a lot going on and Prophunt is Xnator's server.
