Suggestion Title: Double Non-VIP printers

How would it benefit the server: Well... For those few people who Don't have VIP, this would basically mean they can buy 2 of each printer (or at least 2 of the lower paying printers) because currently I'm not a VIP and I tend to take multiple hours to gain a couple million, This isn't the best if you don't have much time every day, I just feel this would be a good suggestion as sure we can go out and steal printers but for me this is an issue as I don't enjoy any other SSRP server except S3 meaning I don't spend much time on them when it comes to printing, I know this probably will get Denied because of how dumb it is (or not even looked at...)

Potential Issues/Exploits: People can exploit shit these days... N/A
