Suggestion Title:
Gang Weapons Enable/Disable Option

How would it benefit the server:
This would be great a great addition to gangs that have the Gang Weapons Upgrade to actually be able for players to have the option to Disable/Enable the upgrade so that they do not need to constantly drop the weapons right when they spawn and to avoid equipping the weapons in a fight so that they directly equip the weapon they want to use right away. It could added where right when you press F4, go to "Gangs" and add it in "My Gang".

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Not that I can think of.

Additional notes:
Lots of players have agreed with having this suggestion added and I personally believe this would be an excellent addition!
