TOPIC: [TTT] New Taunt Suggestions

Suggestion Title: New Taunts: My Heart Will Go On and USSR Anthem

How would it benefit the server: same way as any other new taunt: more fun, more diverse items to buy in the pointshop or win in drops

Potential Issues/Exploits: Copyright? Although, a lot of the existing taunts are from copyrighted works, so basically the same issues as with other taunts

The crescendo of My Heart Will Go On by Céline Dion has a lot of meme value and I therefore feel it would be appropriate to include it in the next set of taunts. Specifically I mean the part with the lyrics "You're here, there's nothing I fear and I know that my heart will go on" starting at around 3:23 in the song. I'm aware that there's also a quite funny "shittyfluted/terrible recorder" version, which is probably better as a standalone work of art but has less meme value for repeated application as a taunt, in my humble opinion. Of course I would welcome other opinions and lively discussion of this topic.

I also feel that the beginning of the National Anthem of the USSR has similar meme value and should also be considered for this reason, possibly even the "earrape" version with the heavy distortion and bass-boost.
