Suggestion Title: Buff the SVU

How would it benefit the server: Right now there are only 2 non special guns that are worth using in combat, the PSG and the L85. Now considering that there's plenty of M9K weapons, it's pretty pathetic that only 2 are actually worth using in combat, whilst the Famas and M249 are decent, they're just not as good.

The SVU used to be really powerful and the +5 magazine size was a nice addition to it as well but for some odd reason it got removed and since that it's just been appalling and the only time I ever see it being used is by noobs and people like me who get bored easily.

Now the question is, how would you buff it? This has been brought up a lot in the past, the +5 magazine size was nice but it wasn't enough, the damage was and is still so bad however what if I told you there's a way to make it viable in combat without actually increasing its damage? Increase the firerate! This could be by 50% or doubling it (however that sounds a bit too op) but by buffing the firerate, it would actually be powerful again and hopefully used a lot more.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of

Additional notes: Lots of us want this, plus some old heads would possibly play again.

I suggest also decreasing the recoil

The recoil and fire rate of the SVU are broken on SSRP 1.

the dragunov SVU is shit tbh.
In real life this shit absorb 40% of the recoil, if you shoot with 7,62 x54mm bullets.
keep in mind that it's the muzzle brake that absorb the recoil, not the cross lol
we'd better add another semi auto rifles than buffing guns
