Server Name: Forums

Suggestion Title: Thank you’s after lock

How would it benefit the server: It would make it so people can receive them deserved thank you’s after a thread has been locked

Potential Issues/Exploits: Probably impossible to make possible

Additional notes: As needless as this may seem, I think the ability to thank you posts after he thread has been locked would actually be a good change for the forums. Sometimes it gets annoying when I see comments that deserved a thank you but I can’t because the thread is locked. I’m sure it wouldn’t change anything or cause issues because the thread and any posts still cannot be modified but thank you’s could still be left for the person.

I know my suggestions are quite often very unhelpful but when I get a small idea like this I like to get it written down

I remember someone suggesting this a while ago and I think EMP responded to it. I can look it up for you if you give me a second. Anyways it's possible on the FP forums so I don't see much of a reason why it shouldn't be possible here. There has not been one since I have joined the community. Like most other important changes, forum updates will be posted in the announcements section when it goes live.

Not sure there’s been one since I joined either, but I joined the forums more than a year after joining the community
