Its not a clientside issue but more of an issue within garrys mod it self. This is the reasoning behind the holster command and it was implemented for you to be able to insure your weapon never gets lost. If you want to be risky and drop it we can’t do anything when the engine bugs out and removes it. I know alot of the time when you drop weapons they can be flagged by the crazy physics checks and auto removed. You should always use the /holster command on weapons your not willing to lose!

As you have never made use of the correct template and your video is no longer available - as well as the fact that, judging by the responses, you apparently lost an item by using the /drop command instead of /holster - I will deny this. Use /holster if you do not want to lose any items.
