TOPIC: Dedicated Casino/PvP Arena + Casino Owner Job

This one has been made before; I'm quite aware of that. Trying to put my own spin on it, sort of.

Suggestion Title: Casino/PvP Arena + Casino Owner Job + Stake System

How would it benefit the server:

With the advent and popularity of coinflipping and other types of gambling, what better way to avoid people getting permabanned for scamming by creating a dedicated casino where people can stake various items on games of chance or even - a PvP arena. It could be placed in any of the three servers (though, I imagine they'd put it on Server 1 if any of them), and a possible location could even be a spot in the nightclub or one of the currently vacant spots in the construction areas.

(This is a very crude version, I'm sure the actual version would look a lot more efficient.)

Similar to our already existing trade system, the stake system would work in that you'd approach a person in the casino, stake what you're wanting to sacrifice if you lose, and choose from a number of games of chance - Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, the infamous coinflip, etc. Or just PvP if the players want to do that. Because an agreement has already been made and they've agreed on it in the stake system, the player will lose their items if they leave whatever they've set up. The player is also not allowed to pull out of the stake if they're starting to lose or they change their mind.

On top of this, players will also be able to use their ill-gotten gains on various casino-based games like slots, keno, bingo, etc. Players will be able to sink their money into the slots or whatever game they're playing, making for an addictive money sink with minimal odds, but high payout upon victory. You could also have it so that players can play an amplified version of the lottery in the casino, or even have GenCorp-funded scratchcards with the chance to win rare goodies!

I also think it would be good to have a "Pit Boss"/Casino Manager/Owner who can put down portable Casino games for players to enjoy in various settings. They could even have a system where they use their own funds (looking at you, kalll) to fund the wins and losses (might be complex to code).

Potential Issues/Exploits: If a player disconnects due to connection issues, it could prove problematic. Coding a Stake System might be frustrating.

Additional notes:
All in all, I think this might be fun to put into the game and add a bit more variety to the server. It could also reduce the number of permabans that occur from scamming in coinflips and the like. But maybe this is too ambitious. Lemme know!

Me and an old CM made a huge thread about the PvP style idea but nothing got done about it, so I doubt that will get added but the Casino idea is cool.

last time i coinflipped i lost 6b 0-3. I don't think if the player disconnects would be problematic. The best idea would be to make him lose the bet as it's his fault he dc'ed, as that's the way Zarp has always been when it comes to eg; printers.
