Server Name: DarkRP

Suggestion Title: Add new class kidnapper.

How would it benefit the server: I feel like the server doesn't have a variety of classes like others and would feel like if you did add this class that it would have more people come because of the class.

Potential Issues/Exploits: There would be a lot of people not respecting the cooldown timer if you added one as a rule but otherwise there wouldn't be any that I can think of.

Additional notes: I've played as this class on other servers and find it fun and would be really happy if you added it!
