Suggestion Title: Ban fucking jump crouching

How would it benefit the server: people would actually die when you shoot them

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: just fucking ban everyone who jump crouches

Or increase the tick rate so hits actually register when you hit someone who is spamming jump-crouch like a retard

See, that is the magic of gmod. You cant increase the tickrate or shit goes nuts. Atleast from what i know.
