Suggestion Title:
Adding the ring on Sonic under the Reactivation rule, because apparantly it isn't according to Xnator
How would it benefit the server:
It would be the same as before and it MAY only be activated once as it's clearly supposed to be in the rules as reactivation

none
Additional notes:
Why is it allowed anyways, it's stupid
Annie Montana: tell them its not allowed and even I said that

Annie says it isn't allowed, Xnator says it is, the rules clearly state it ISNT allowed
