TOPIC: [Deathrun] Remove death chance

Suggestion Title:
Removing death chance as it is broken

How would it benefit the server:
well its broken and it is making the same people death multiple times in a row without being able to be runner which effect there mindset and they either leave or simply death avoid if they get it non stop

Potential Issues/Exploits:
non just set it back to random like it used to be

Additional notes:
will prevent certain issues such as the high death avoid rate and changing it back to the old system would allow for a more equal amount of different deaths per maps rather then the same few
@xnator should be an easy fix but no point having this as its broken the old system was imo better anyways as random makes is intersting
