Suggestion Title: This trap doesn't make any sense

How would it benefit the server: People wont spam the trap

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes:
Alright so this trap doesn't make any sense. You can spam it (Activate it more than one time) but it isn't reactivating? Admins saying that you can activate it over and over again. Thats basically reactivating so that means people are breaking rules.
