Suggestion Title: Customize model while dead

How would it benefit the server: It is a pain to be playing and when you die. You can't customize your model. It is kind of stupid that you can't customize it while you are dead.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: You all want it.

This used to be a thing but players could equip trails/auras then you could see them spectating
