The new command is not available to anyone, says I do not have permission to use it and I've checked with Shadow and it says the same for him. The post said it would be Admin+ so I believe this is a mistake

you can't use the command on shadow because he's a higher rank than you

I have fixed this - permissions are now set to allow Admin+ to access the command.
