TOPIC: [TTT] Stamina Perk Machine doesn't do anything

What is the bug?
The Stamina Perk machine does not work (and potentially others)

When did you encounter the issue?
Last week

How can we reproduce the issue?
By using the stamina perk on the server

EDIT: Just to make this clear: I've seen a lot of people complaining about the perk machines, however I have never seen anyone actually provide proof that they indeed do not work. Like I can shout shit all I want, but if I don't add proof nobody is really going to believe me, hence why I made that video.

Also, this is the first video I've ever made and edited, so some feedback to if it's good or bad would be nice

The perk machines are useless and they always will be, Why are they still a thing?

We know they are broken but according to some they work just fine.

How long have people been complaining about the perk machines now? I think its time this is addressed.

Also I am well aware that the FPS is all over the place, but that's not something that I can solve at this current time. I'm purely speaking about the editing that I did in the video.

I can prove that the juggernog doesn't work in literally 5 minutes its just a matter of it needing 2 to do it.

Assuming my understanding of the Deadshot Daiquiri is correct in that it should reduce recoil then this video will prove that it doesn't

As I've said before in the past, I don't believe that they do, and if they do, I would like some type of proof that they do, because as far as things go, it will just take 5,000 off you, and you'll get nothing in return.

According to EMP, Max has stated in the past that the Perk Machines do in-fact work, I however don't believe this to be true, and stand by the fact I would like some type of evidence proving that they do actually work.
