Suggestion Title: Boosted Bank Week-ends

How would it benefit the server: Every week-end would have boosted bank loot. Such as golden bps or any random special case. That would at least revive S1 a bit by entailing people to raid the bank more than just for the pvp aspect of it.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: I remember someone making another suggestion a while ago about boosted x3 printers. Could also be added. Maybe instead of just bank loot being boosted during week-ends it could be any random " features ". Like special items craftable during week-end, x2 crafting on certain weapons, boosted printers, golden bps / cases from the bank ect...
