Suggestion Title:
Equip Timer On Individual Weapons

How would it benefit the server:
Stop people complaining about the reload shit and also negate holster exploiting

Potential Issues/Exploits:
nono im perfect

Additional notes:
Instead of having no ammo when you equip a weapon, each individual weapon has a re-equip timer of around 5 seconds to prevent holstering and instantly re-equipping
