Server Name: DarkRP ss1

Suggestion Title: Hobo King

How would it benefit the server: Well it wouldnt really benefit the server but it would be a good adon

Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't think there would be any issues

Additional notes: The Hobo King should be for vip only and should be a skeleton playermodel OR the black burnt guy you become after a nuke explodes

(special ebility if the mutant tries to kill the fellow hobo's the hobo king has a knife to protect his people!)
