Suggestion Title: email verification

How would it benefit the server: no more spam posts

Potential Issues/Exploits: nothing

Additional notes: when i used to ban evade i used to smack accounts out left right and centre if u add this it will be harder and there will be less spam

I ban so many spam accounts everyday, if this is what can prevent it then I support this.
