Suggestion Title: Slowing down the sensitivity when scoped in.

How would it benefit the server: It's pretty difficult to kill an enemy scoped in from a long distance because of the sensitivity not slowing down unlike it normally should for example, CS:GO, PUBG, etc. It would be really neat to have your sensitivity automatically slowed down slightly if you are scoped into a weapon.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A
