TOPIC: [Deathrun] Add hatschat back!!

Server Name:
Deathrun / Any pointshop server that wants to tag along.
Suggestion Title:
Add Hatschat (Or another kind of chatbox)
How would it benefit the server:
It would add a more customized user experience.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
It could cause Fps drops or lag but i expect it to be only minor.
Additional notes:
This used to be on the server before.. well.. you know and it was a good idea, the owner would charge 50k (At the time) for an icon of your choice, it was all done manually though you can also add filtering that can not just censor a word but change it to something else entirely so staff can know they were trying to say that word, You could also use emotes in chat (Thats why Bazaraxe had a smiley face in his name) that would customize the users experience. If users don't get along with it there is a console command that will return it to the normal chat on their client.

The big downside is that it cost £15 and i'm not sure if the owners are willing to pay that much but what do I know.
