TOPIC: [Deathrun] A working mute for users to mute others

Suggestion Title:
re add a mute button for users in f1 menu so when staff arent on players can mute annoying players with ease

How would it benefit the server:
simple you wont have to listen to annoying people when 0 staff are active or on the server as you can mute them i dont know why it was removed when the new f1 menu was added but ok

Potential Issues/Exploits:
non its a perfect suggestion

this might be lurking somewhere so please correct me if so however there isn't an f1 players only a staff list now so im pretty sure there isn't plus we cant do it through tab as that is only for staff and ulx commands

Give me about 20 seconds and I can have one in the TAB menu for you.
