TOPIC: [SSRP] Lockdown

Suggestion Title:

Remove Lockdowns when Mayor has left or is killed (therefore resets their job to citizen)

How would it benefit the server:

Prevents RDA - for instance if someone joins and goes as police and sees the lockdown they would start AOSing people

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None that I know of

Seems like something that would be really easy to fix
