Suggestion Title:
Edit all pointshop things while dead

How would it benefit the server:
You don't get players delaying the round because of editing their player model etc. in game or buying new skins for their character. They can do it while they are dead.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
none

Additional notes:
This would save me alot of frustration, because I like to edit my player model while I'm dead and play the game when I'm alive.
