Suggestion Title:
Reduce the delay for nominating maps

How would it benefit the server:
It would attract more new players on the server because there will usually be popular maps that people like to play on deathrun.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
This can also lead to people leaving faster, because they can get bored of playing always the same maps, but anyway, this would make more players join because of them.

Additional notes: In my opinion I would change the delay to an hour, or a little bit less.

That's why I would like to reduce some of the time that it takes to appear a map in the nominating list, but I don't really want to make a big change in the amount of time. But I would also like to play some maps that are not popular sometimes.

No need though the variety in map is better for the server then playing the same shitty and boring maps over and over for example helix

could easily get boring bcuz of all the mainstreamed maps get played so often, but sometimes it can be boring to have 2 play your favorite map

Map like cb_egypt has too big delay, some of the maps should make delay smaller and some bigger to balance so every map is been played at some point
