Report Users

How would it benefit the server:

So, when a spambot posts something, their posts get deleted before someone can report it to make aware for Global Mods, therefore, I think adding the ability to report profiles is a good way of notifying Global Mods of spambots or if they have anything that breaks TOU (profile picture, signature etc) on their profile.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Fucked up coding (trust that wouldn't happen though)
People could potentially abuse this however you can counteract that with punishing for False Reports

don't think its really necessary, I don't think they even use the same profile twice
