Hey, I was on server 3 earlier and I got a hand cannon. This was before I loaded in properly in sync with the database. When my stuff finally loaded in, my hand cannon was gone and I lost it. ):

Hello P4LESTINIAN,

As your pictures are no longer accessible I'm afraid I have to deny this. Next time please refer to the proper template and give an exact date so we know where to check in the logs. However, items cannot randomly disappear from your inventory, unless the connection is lost with the database. As far as I'm aware you cannot "properly" get in sync with the database, and as you provide no evidence for your claims I will deny this request.
