It is easier and faster to introduce people to the rules in game, rather then linking them to the forums... Highly doubt this would lagg or bug the server.. The only reason this ain't a thing now is because the Christmas update fucked everything and TTT was buggy as shit at the time. Still add this back and add it to other servers too as it will help new people playing understand the rules instead of just diving right into the game then a staff member complaining that the user should know the rules when there is no command to make the rules pop up. Used to be in !motd, however ModernMOTD got removed when we changed to the new MOTD / F1 menu system.
