Suggestion Title:
Scanmaster update

How would it benefit the server:
so people dont run into stupid shit and die

Potential Issues/Exploits:
not rly an issue but would stop people from running into stupid stuff and kill theirself ( or maybe if you want to buff it by making it see dropped weapons too )

Additional notes:
so scanmaster 5000 can see slams/c4's/proxemity mines/door charges so when they enter a place/house they dont suicide like a dummy and lose their scanner in one explosion
