Suggestion Title: Mayor Outfits

How would it benefit the server: I find is weird that the Mayor can't wear the Cosmetic Suits

Potential Issues/Exploits: IDK

The Godfather and the Furniture Salesman already have formal clothes yet they have the OPTION to wear suits. Allowing the Mayor to wear the suits would cause no harm and would be easy to do.
