Suggestion Title: Security Camera's

How would it benefit the server: When basing in a building like the mansion. There are to many places to cover. You can put them on walls and watch them through a tablet. Were you can flip through them on the tablet. You could buy them through the F4 Menu. Or a new job can be added that called Security Specialist. That can install them. When raiding an EMP Grenade can disable it. Or the Portable EMP. It will just make the screen go fuzzy on the tablet.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Hard to set up.

Suggestion Title: Electric Fence

How would it benefit the server: This would allow you to block entrance's without a prop. Or you could use it as a trap. It can be turned off with a button. It can be disabled the same way as the Camera. It will basically stop lock picks.

I like the fence but the cameras are meh.
