Server Name: Zarp SSRP s1,s2,s3

Suggestion Title: Scanner

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: There is allot of crime going on within the zarp servers, so why not make the job for cops a bit easier?
With this scanner entity (for cops) they can watch the roads, while still being around the mayor to keep him safe!
This could be a item you equip, then a flying cop scanner spawns. The scanner can get shot down (1000hp) But the item you have on you wont get destroyed / removed, unless you die with it.

The suit could be like this one:
