Suggestion Title: bring back elevator bases

How would it benefit the server: make basing great again

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: with the rule disallowing for keypads to block / slow people down elevator bases are now much easier to amphetamine rush, making it nowhere near as hard to raid the base infront of spawn and nexus, please add elevator bases back thanks.

I'm fine with elevator bases being back in place, the only problem that needs fixing is when people shoot into/near the elevator with TGuns, M202s as soon as the doors open making it so much unfair to the raiders. Again, you dont want elevator bases, you want bases, everyone who played when they were a thing knew that whilst they were raidable, it was not fun. Basing can be achieved by altering the game in other ways, but it is definitly something that needs to be done, basing is too rare nowadays.
