Story: It was yesterday, I joined s2 and I saw Loxeo and the other is basing, so I joined them. I dropped my ice printer and x3'ed it after 1 or 2 hour the server crashed, so I rejoined and I typed /refund all in the cinema and then I don't feel safe so I take the printer out and was gona hide it in the Indus District but then my friend need me so I dropped it on the roof and go and help my friend. When I was back on the roof my printer was 'gone' (The log did not show my printer got destroyed)

I think its apparent from this that your printer got stolen and someone used it to print. Printers don't just disappear from the server, and it didn't get destroyed. Hence, someone stole it and used it to print and make money themselves. Sorry that we couldn't refund you, maybe pay more attention to the location of your personal items in the future.
