TOPIC: [SSRP] Keep the Christmas lounge after the holiday

Server Name: Zarp SSRP server 1.
Suggestion Title: Keep the Christmas lounge after the holidays.

How would it benefit the server:

IT WILL BE AN AMAZING HUB FOR DEDICATED MEMBERS.

I think that having a chill out place for those who have suits and loyal players could be made into an amazing area of conversation, trading, and marketplace. I believe that it will gather all of the rich people of the server into one zone and allow them to exchange in items and money.

So... How?

You should keep the christmas lounge wherever it is at, but instead of calling it a lounge call it a "zarp bar" or something like that (I'm sure you can figure out a name). Then, have it layed out very similarly to how it's been handled in the Christmas update.

Have a nicely customized door and exterior that presents the name of the bar.

Requirements:
- $20,000,000 Cash on hand/bank.
- A nice suit (Tuxedo, White Tuxedo, Red dress, etc.)
- At least 3 days of playtime (in order to prevent noobs from coming in).

Interior
- Have a disco section where people can dance and everything. Let people choose from internet radio (5-7 stations) MAKE IT NOT LOUD, AS PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE VOICE CHAT WHEN IN THE BAR.
- (OPTIONAL) Have a DJ Job that can sell drinks/change the radio.
- Have a bartender that sells drinks, like alcohol and such (gives it to you in inventory, you can drink them from there)/
- Tables and Chairs for decorations.
- An area for players to place their shops, and do trades in. Have a nice billboard for people to place their text about buying/selling stuff. (Billboard on the right, shopping decks on the left)
- (OPTIONAL) Disable weapons in the bar, it's an RP house anyways.

Potential Issues/Exploits: People can propblock the entrance of the bar. If not enforced, people can place dumb things in text. There might be more but I can't think of any.

Additional notes: Not really, I would really love to see this happening, it would make people want to actually achieve something to get into that bar. You would be considered a "true one" if you can get into it, haha....

It's a decent idea, although the Nightclub will be coming soon, and I feel this sort of hub idea could be implemented into the nightclub; perhaps inside the club there could be a VIP section? Only an idea that would make the Nightclub more popular.

Even without the gifts, the lounge is pretty cool, even without much of a purpose to it other than to chill, might get people to interact with each other and RP more in it.
