TOPIC: Bugs/glitches items loss

So i was playing on zarp i had two gen corp emp ports one of them were glitched and dissapared then the next day the other one was gone and i though this was a glitch so i was hoping i could get a refund and fix this glitch proof steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1240931485 also my name in game is |Z| Festive rankon #Boneless

Same happens to me, my items randomly disappear from my bank and inventory. I have some printer hackers, they go down everytime I join one of the servers. Same shit happened to my gluons a few weeks back.
