Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: disable spawning with gang weapons

How would it benefit the server: It would stop rdmers finding tommy guns that people drop when they spawn and rdm with them. and people hate the tommy gun

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: You could go into f4 then gangs and have a drop down menu at the tommy gun and jackhammer to disable or enable
