Server Name: TTT

Suggestion Title: Remove 150 character limit in reports / Increase it

How would it benefit the server: People have been complaining about it, it would be better to remove it.

Right now, it's used to avoid punishments, as we can't handle reports when they are submitted, disturbing workflow. Then we have to ask users to reconnect to help us resolve the issue, and no one wants to do that.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None. It's exploitable now.

Additional notes: Don't say it's not needed.
