By the way I might be suggesting the Feedback System without the payment or some other kind of appreciation if an admin has done his job very good, since the community is more on the side of not awarding staff with ingame Advantages, which I fully understand. But I think such a Feedback System could still be an improvment for staff aswell as users.

Would be good if the servers weren't full of salty 10 year olds.

This is going to have the exact opposite effect of what you want. Here's why:

When Spoder did his initial event earlier this week - in collaboration with you, Pegasus - he did it so to motivate staff to do more F1's. There was a bit of a backlash from certain members of the community, but overall we could all agree that this test was a nice way to see what exactly staff would be doing if they had a chance of receiving sums of money for doing their job.

However, Spoder told me yesterday that it had neither a positive or a negative effect on the staff team. No staff were rushing the task to do more F1's and no staff were completing more F1's than before. It didn't help, but it wasn't counterintuitive either, therefore it's safe to say that Spoder's giveaway is a nice addition to the community although it might not have had its desired effect.

What this suggestion will do, however, is the exact opposite of what you want. You want to help the staff team get further and be willing to give more into their job. And I respect that, I truly do.

However if we base this suggestion on facts, and as of this week there are finally legitimate facts -although I'd personally rather decide such things over a longer period of time.- then the staff team will not actually work harder if they get paid for it.

Instead, more users will want to become staff. They'll see "Oh, this is a nice way to get money at the side!" and apply through the regular system. What I fear this will do is that rather than the current system where we have mostly staff that do their job to help the server (with the occasional exception, but they're quickly removed) we will have a staff team that do it for the money. I am very afraid that this change in mentality will have a depremental effect on the server and on the users' experience.

Considering the fact that we can actually show that it will not have a positive effect - or at the very least, it hasn't had any kind of an effect so far - I fear that this change to the staff team can only lead to a negative conclusion.

So this is what it has come to paying staff to do f1s.

Anyways This could be very bias like a player may not like a staff member and say it was handled bad when it wasnt

I think this is a bad idea as it will cause lots of issues. Staff is a volunterary job not a paid job.

This is not going to happen, I'll guarantee it.

I think that this would create another reason for people to be Staff and do F1's in the worst way possible just to get some in-game money.

Does quality over quantity exist anymore?

you sign up to be a staff because you wanna be a staff member. That the staff members dont the the f1's is the lead teams and the staff teams issue. I dont know how bad it is since i dont play anymore. But trust me if the staff dont do the f1's that are required they are out
