Suggestion Title:
Giving staff the ability to remove people's NLR.
How would it benefit the server:
It could cause less people to break NLR after getting RDMD, CDMd or other situations that cause a invalid NLR.

Example one.
Player X is in warehouse district on server one headed to his base and he gets CDMD. Player Y sees he was killed and goes to raid Player X's base. Player X breaks NLR to protect his base and gets warned, Player Y successfully raids the base.

Example Two
Player X is defending his base and kills a Player Y who is raiding hid base. Player Y breaks NLR and kills Player X, Player X wants to return and defend because his NLR is invalid but he can't because he will get warned. Player X makes a F1 quickly with proof that Player Y broke NLR, Player X gets his NLR removed.

There can be many situations where a player gets warned for breaking NLR simply due to someone breaking rules to kill him. It is very frustrating when this happens especially when you're base is getting raided or you are raiding a base.

I think this could benefit the server and stop causing players to have a shitty experience with things like this and potentially losing items.

If you have any more suggestions about this let me know and I'll add them to this thread.

I know people are thinking this will be abused, but to prevent Admins abusing this we could allow it so it appears in console when someone uses this command. So they can't just remove theirs or their friends NLR and no one notice.

The current NLR system is obnoxious as fuck.

I've seen on various servers that they have a function like /nlrcheck [Player's Name] and they are able to see the players exact point of death so if they actually go back to their spot of death they can actually tell.

Like on server 3, I get CDM'd near tunnel leaving the spawn area, If i step outside the ACTUAL spawn zone, I'm breaking nlr, according to the script, but I'm not anywhere actually near where I had died.

Never really gonna happen considering the average response time as well as the time it takes for a sit to get finished, wait out the NLR and report the player after.

I suppose that it would help in different situations where rule break has taken place and caused a player to have to wait the NLR time when it's not even their fault after being RDM'd by a random person. I have witnessed this on multiple occasions and I think that it would be a great feature to be able to access so that we as staff can resolve these sort of problems a lot easier, instead of it ruining a player's RP experience and them constantly asking staff to remove their NLR timer. On the other hand, some of you may object to this suggestion by giving valid reasons why it should not to be added, but in my eyes it wouldn't hurt to have it as an extra feature for staff to use (Admin+).
